Many factors can cause reduced balance, including aging. As our balance reduces we become more susceptible to falls, causing injury.
We can help to maintain our balance by participating in a regular exercise program which includes
• strengthening,
• stretching,
• cardiorespiratory fitness,
• specific balance activities.
